Hi, I'm Matthew Foley, and I'm passionate about human development. My journey started when I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age and had to navigate a school system that was never designed for me. Through my studies in college, I realized how important it is to have developmental resources that are tailored to the individual. This experience eventually inspired me to become an Executive Function Coach, where I've gained invaluable experience in helping both students and adults identify goals, improve processes, create change, and form better habits to improve their skills, workflow, and overall quality of life.

I believe that everyone deserves to understand their purpose and pursue a fulfilling career. Through coaching, I strive to help you define what really matters, provide support and accountability where it’s needed, communicate effectively, and explore what success looks like to you. I'm currently an Academic and ADHD Coach for another company and have recently launched Growth Mind Co. to broaden my services and develop technology for career development.

In addition to my work as a coach, I'm the creator of Bouncy Tails Inc., a product idea that has positively impacted thousands of cat families and sold over 200,000 units. This achievement has earned recognition as an Amazon Choices Product, and I'm determined to continue growing this into a multi-million-dollar company.

I hold a BS in Criminology with minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from FSU. I continue to advance my knowledge of Human Development and Technology to further my understanding of how people learn and develop in this digital world. My purpose in life is to help people. I believe coaching and developing products that create positive experiences is how I will impact the world. Growing as a coach will only allow me to continue doing this.
